Frequently Asked Questions

The Sizar Wellness Membership-based program is designed to help patients optimize their health and slow down the aging process. Members receive access to genetic testing, biological age testing, advanced biomarker testing, VO2 max testing, and more. These are then analyzed by Dr. Sizar and his team who will provide personalized Nutrition, Exercise, and Longevity Reports. Members get unlimited access to Dr. Sizar and his team for support and recommendations.

You have the option to select between our 3 Longevity Pathways. Schedule a discovery call and Onboarding appointment with Dr. Omeed Sizar to experience our Premier Longevity Clinic in Maryland.  How well you age is just as crucial as how long you live.

Sizar Wellness serves as a consultative Integrative and Functional medicine practice. We currently do not provide primary care services. We require all of our patients to be under the direct care of a Primary care provider who manages day-to-day routine and urgent care.

Sizar Wellness is a fee-for-service practice and doesn’t accept medical insurance.

There is no extra charge for correspondence (portal messages/phone calls/emails) related to the visit that can be replied to in a reasonable amount of time (< 10 minutes).  If correspondence requires a more in-depth reply you will be asked to book an appointment.

Regarding individual appointments, If you do not show up for your visit or cancel without giving at least 72 hours notice there will be a $150 cancellation charge.
